I have 10 years experience as a customer of this company and as soon as they advertised houses for sale in this residence, I jumped on the opportunity to buy! A house by the beach in Italy was my long standing dream. I have traded in my old leasehold property for a place here and am very happy. Finally, my dream has come true!

Santa Maria del Cedro is nice small town in South of Italy, friendly people and clean beach which is few steps from our apartment. We did walk around, found pizzeria, two bars, restaurant and supermarket, all within walking distance. We saw public bus stop for routes to nearby bigger cities such as Scalea and Diamante (ticket cost only 50 euro cents!), but haven't checked them out yet, will do when we return in summer.

Great opportunity to get a small house by the beach in Calabria. Don't expect 5* all inclusive resort quality, I guess you get what you paid for, but quality/price combo is great. Very happy and highly recommended.

We were a bit hesitant to pay any money for house in this residence before visiting this place, but decided to do it as Leasehold company seemed legit. When we arrived at the residence we were met by a member of staff, he showed us around the area, gave us the key to the house, and showed us how to use gas and water supply, where the beach is etc. As a result, we are happy with our decision and especially that remote price was less than in-person price, so we saved quite a few bucks for pizza, pasta and wine :)

Absolutely amazing location of Summer Day Residence and excellent services provided by management. Distance to the beach is about 70 meters. Distance to the shops and restaurants about 100 meters. Can't fault anything, very happy with my new holiday home!
