Estimate rent figures for average 1 bedroom apartment: 80-120 EUR per day in August, 50-60 EUR per day July, 30-40 EUR per day June and September, May and October prices vary and are usually about 20-25 EUR per day or 100-150 EUR per week for longer lets.

 

Example of rentals return from 10 apartments: income of about 70,000 EUR per year, less costs about 28,000 EUR per year, gives estimate profit about 42,000 EUR per year (70% yield per year). Calculations are based on owner doing 
rental management themselves and 100% occupancy during months mentioned.

Seasonal Lettings


Do you want to rent your property during season?

​

You have two options: 
 

1. Rent it yourself to friends and family. We'll put you in touch with local team who will do service (includes check-in, cleaning, laundry and check-out) for your guests. Average charge is about 55 EUR per service.

​

​

2. Give it for rent to local rental Agency via our company in season (August, July + August, other months are negotiable). You need to submit your interest by the end of April each year. We'll let you know how much you can receive and it will be paid to you in the beginning of September or taken out of your yearly maintenance bill.

Please check out a few simple requirements below, which must be met in order for you to qualify for this amazing offer:

​

- property must be furnished
- full set of kitchenware must be provided
- three sets of keys must be provided
- one lockable wardrobe must be present (to store your personal belongings) and one wardrobe for use of tenants must
be provided
- property must have at least one air conditioning unit installed
- property must have at least one of each: TV, iron and ironing board, smoke detector (we can help you to buy
them for small fee)
- you must let us know before end of April each year if you wish to rent your apartment in the summer and you must provide
us with ready property photos before this date.
